Writing test
Writing task 1 (a letter)
You recently read that your local newspaper is holding a “Best Neighbours” competition. Write a letter to the editor and include the following:
- Give details about yourself.
- What competition do you want to participate in?
- Why should you and your neighbours win it?
Writing Task 2 (an essay)
Some languages spoken by very few people are losing their importance and may become extinct completely. Is it a good or a bad development? What are the reasons for this?
